30 Hours for the Mediterranean

First of all, it is the sporting challenge of Loïc Paris, planned for Spring 2022, to cross the Mediterranean by rowing from St Florent (Haute-Corse) to Monaco in a Rowing sport boats , i.e. 190 km.
From a feat never before achieved solo, “30 hours for a clean sea” becomes a mission in which athletes, associations, educators and scientists will collaborate:
Alongside the Yole de mer, a sailboat will provide assistance and will be equipped with a large net to collect macro and micro waste.
The Mare Vivu association will be able to analyze this waste with IFREMER and will contribute to the recycling of some of this plastic.

This type of pollution at sea. Involving children is essential if we want to take action on the
industrialists, fishermen and tourists of tomorrow on the beach or at sea.
